2. Permitted Use
Licensee may:
a. Install and use the Software within its organization.

3. Restrictions
Licensee shall not:
a. Distribute, sublicense, lease, or otherwise make the Software available to any third party.
b. Sell, resell, or commercially exploit the Software outside of internal use.

d. Use the Software in any manner that would compete with Licensor’s business.

4. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights, remain with Licensor.

5. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this Agreement if Licensee breaches any of its terms. Upon termination, Licensee must destroy all copies of the Software.

6. No Warranty
The Software is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability
Licensor shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.
