I don't know where this will go, but would like to leave a thought here:

When you finally have found the bug, check the following point before fixing it:

• after fixing the bug, might something similar happen?
• might this, or a similar problem also exists in different places?
• if it was not easy to find the issue, how can you improve error propagation?
